How the Referral Process Works
1. Send the Patient
Call FIC or direct the patient to our statewide team. We work to begin the appropriate physician evaluation promptly.
2. We Coordinate Care
We evaluate, document, coordinate imaging and specialists when clinically indicated, and manage injury-specific follow-up.
3. We Communicate
With appropriate authorization, relevant records and updates can be routed to the referring clinician and other authorized participants.
