NEW FOR HIGH-VOLUME INJURY FIRMS

Attorney Case Intelligence Program

A new physician-led service for high-volume personal injury firms that need better visibility into their clients’ medical progress. Follow key treatment milestones, imaging and specialist completion, treatment-gap follow-through, and records status—without your staff having to chase routine medical updates.

One doctor. One plan. Someone who stays with your client from Day One.

FIC is a medical home for injury care. An assigned physician guides the medical plan; a patient advocate helps the client keep appointments and address barriers; and a case manager shares reports, referral status, and treatment concerns with your team. Clinical decisions are based on each patient’s findings.

Medical physician involvement

Early evaluation, assessment of emergency medical condition when supported, medication management, follow-up, and a coherent clinical record.

Coordinated next steps

Imaging and orthopedic, pain, or other specialist consultations are arranged when clinically indicated and practical for the case.

Treatment follow-through

Patient advocates help with scheduling, missed visits, and the practical issues that interrupt care.

Useful communication

Our case manager works with your case manager to route available records and flag treatment or referral barriers promptly.

Work with your preferred providers

We can coordinate within your existing treatment network. When your client needs additional access, FIC can also connect them with injury-care providers across Florida. The goal is one connected medical plan with appropriate physician oversight and clear communication—not a forced change in the providers your firm trusts.

How an attorney referral moves forward

01 · Start the intake

Call or send the referral. Our team confirms the client’s needs and arranges an initial medical evaluation.

02 · Establish the medical plan

The physician documents the history and findings, evaluates treatment needs, and orders referrals or imaging when supported.

03 · Support follow-through

The advocate and case manager help address missed appointments, referral barriers, and communication gaps.

04 · Keep the record organized

We route available clinical documentation and updates as care progresses; a final narrative may address causation, prognosis, and future needs when clinically supported.

Records your team can review and route

Firms increasingly use automated intake and medical-record review. Our role is to provide clear, timely clinical records and status updates that your staff can use in those workflows. Your firm controls its legal process; the medical opinions remain physician-led.

Common referral questions

Can we keep our own providers?

Yes. FIC works with attorney-preferred providers and can help fill access gaps through its statewide network when needed.

Is an EMC finding guaranteed?

No. The physician evaluates the facts and documents whether an emergency medical condition is clinically supported.

Can you help after PIP is exhausted?

Tell our team about known coverage and payment limits early. Available care options and referrals depend on the client’s circumstances and provider arrangements.

How do we receive updates?

Our case manager coordinates with your staff on available reports, referral progress, and treatment barriers. We can discuss the preferred routing process during intake.

Start with a physician-led evaluation

Refer a client for medical injury intake, or call to discuss a case. We serve clients across Florida and offer after-hours guidance when appropriate.
