Physician evaluation and injury documentation; clinically appropriate EMC assessment; medication management; diagnostic imaging orders and review; orthopedic, pain-management, or other specialist consultation when indicated; and communication with the rehabilitation team.
Visit 1: Initial physician evaluation, injury documentation, medical needs, and EMC assessment where appropriate.
Visit 2: Early clinical follow-up and review of diagnostic testing progress.
Visit 3: Available imaging findings, specialist coordination, and treatment response.
Visit 4: Medical wrap-up, recommendations, and coordination of next steps.
Visit timing, diagnostic services, and specialist consultations depend on individual medical necessity. The model does not guarantee that all services are completed within four visits.
We complement existing referral relationships. Your physical therapists maintain independent responsibility for their rehabilitation evaluations, treatment plans, and patient care. FIC provides physician-level medical services when clinically needed.
